We’d like to share with you about one of our most interesting projects in Rawang. Our client just purchased this 40 years old abandoned house from its previous owner. The house has been vacant for a long time until the owner decides its time to let it go.

Yeah, you read it right. 40 years old. That is as long as it takes to pay off house loan

He planned to redesign this as his retirement house.
So he wanted it to be perfect.
What’s most important for him is that he wanted a spacious living room because that is where he spent most of his time with his son.

He had a specific concept in mind which is “modern contemporary”.
